• 4  Pork Bone-in chops
• 8  Pork Boneless chops
• 2 Pork Tenderloin

For the Oven or Slow Cooker:

• 2  Pork Boneless Shoulder roast
• 4  Pork Ribs

No-Nitrate and  Not Smoked

• 2 lbs sliced pork belly (salt and cook it like bacon)
• 1 Large Pork Roast(normally the ham but it isn’t cured)

Sausage and Ground Pork

• 18 lbs ground pork(we will season yours if you order before you butchering and request in the comments that you want it seasoned, we use a Jimmy Dean coppy cat, not exact, but we have really liked it.)
