Unlike anything you will get at your local super mart, it is a return to the way beef should be. The steaks are absolutely spectacular, with great marble and hint of dry age. The roast are big enough to be the center piece for any dinner party. And the ground beef. Oh my. You will never stop hearing about your summer BBQ’s from your friends after you grill these up. I wholeheartedly recommend Ruby Mountain to anyone who appreciates a quality beef product.
